Accomplishments In Personal Injury
$2,200,000 jury verdict on behalf of motorist who had $40,000 in medical expenses and $50,000 in lost wages
Car accident: $2,000,000 settlement for brain injured client where client did not lose
consciousness as a result of the impact.
$700,000 settlement, during trial, for passenger in cab hit by another vehicle.
Pedestrian accident: $1,250,000 settlement for woman struck by a vehicle.
Dog bite: $800,000 default judgment taken against owner of dog that bit face of minor child.
