Initial Arrangements

First Consultation Free: 

Your first personal injury case consultation is free. At the initial consultation, which lasts about 30 minutes, we will listen to the facts of your case, analyze your case, and advise you whether a recovery is likely in your case.

No Charge for Attorney’s Fees or Costs Without a Recovery: 

When you retain H. Nathan James to represent you on a personal injury case, this representation is based on a contingency fee. This means that your obligation to pay attorney’s fees and costs is contingent on our obtaining a monetary recovery for you. If there is no monetary recovery, you will owe nothing in attorney’s fees or costs.

Support Staff: 

H. Nathan James and his support staff at Seifer, Murken et al., will work on pursuing a recovery for you in your personal injury case. This team obtains witness statements, medical records and billing, photos of the scene of auto accident or other incident causing your injuries, and any other information or documentation that might help us in seeking a recovery in your case.
